It's not possible to check the quest from another location unless you've previously checked it from yellow lake itself and then moved. And if you had done that, the probable chances are you clicked accept. |

| there weren't neither the accept nor the decline button, there was only a "you must be at yellow lake to accept that quest", but once i moved over the 40minutes cooldown was in place |
