I mean, compared to what's on the market, most people offer at least 800 less (except abrasive, toadstoll, witchbloom, viper venom.
Do you actually ever get anybody to sell to you? When I briefly tried it, I got no one. |
Market prices are a bubble. There are people buying and reselling the elements on the market. There are players offering lower prices, we are just trying to skip the middleman. |

In other words, unless someone intentionally does it as a form of gifting (to Dad, grandma, or whatever), there are few people desperate (or dumb) enough to do it. It does happen though. If your offer is not too far off the market price, someone might sell you if they need gold quickly (e.g. they need money to buy for a hot item on the market). |
I would call anyone dumb, lazy or desperate. Its just the matter of 1 market lot and its worth. |
*would NOT. Edit function missing, sorry for the mistake. |
There's a reason why those buyers bump their topic over 100 times. They are just trying to score a little gold from desparate or uninformed sellers.
You can always try to offer prices much higher than everyone else but still a little lower than the market. Most of the buyers put down really lowball offers. |
You do know that most of those buying elements this way are not trying to make a buck at all? We're trying to lower the costs of getting the elements we need for enchantments.
That way we can offer better prices for the enchantment services we provide. The fact that people keep pushing up element prices and don't want to get enchantments is affecting all of us.
By trying to match market prices, the costs of enchanting will go up, and things will be worse for the entire server |
