Offer is simple I can do up to 2x5% you offer the elements and the weapon to enchant, I pay you 2500 gold per %.
e.g. 5% earth + 5% air dmg
you provide 5 toadstool, 5 meteroid shards, 5 windflowers and 5 witch blooms and I pay you 25000 gold.
