That's joining. Everyone creates an application to join a blindfold battle. Then the game will, when the number of applicants is enough, start the match. This is because there's not way to choose a blindfold match to join (defeats the purpose of 'blindfold')
It is not according to level, you can end up fighting players a bit higher or lower than you. |
