But yeah...since this is based on HoMaM 3...why not use the thing that's in there that this game really needs: The auto-fight !
Cause a lot of the time in this game you'll face low level creatures that you could beat by only doing retals.
And while on the subject...kinda.
Why couldn't it be implemented that if someone in a group-fight that's afk for 4 turns would be played like a neutral creature = he wouldn't gain any xp but the poor guy(s) that are left alone cause he's removed would now at least get a LITTLE help.
It just sucks having a tough fight against people your own lvl made impossible cause one player is afk and then removed. I mean sure, the Neutrals aren't the smartest bunch but at least they attack =)
And of course, if the players leaves and was supposed to be removed he shouldn't be able to join back in again. |
yes it wastes time haveing an afk join again and its not fair on the others

I rather do it like: if the character is too late for its turn, the computer controls its creature/creatures until the character is back and btw: at level 7+ afk is VERY rare unless someone has internet problems.

Nope, those are based on HoMMV except from Barbarian as that was made before HoMMV: Tribes of the East.
Just check the castles, almost exact replicas of HoMaM 3.
Only thing HoMM3 castles and LWM castles have in common is that they are 2d.) |

Well ok...might be right then since it was the barb castle I was looking at =p
And well I might agree with that you should be able to come back from afk...but you shouldn't get as much xp then.....maybe just get the xp and not the "winning xp" if you know what I mean. |
