| I've heard that this is useless without having at least a basic holy magic talent. Is this true? |
| yep, the only way to use lv 3 spells is by having basic holy or basic darkness talents or wisdom (for the factions which have them) |
Magic Guild level 3 gives you access to Level 3 spells.
With the Basic talent, you are unable to learn Level 3 spells (As per talent description), so Magic Guild level 3 would not benefit you without the talent. |
