Was there some official announcement, or message from Administration/Arctic that said something along the lines of:
We're working on a way for you to sell off the buildings of your unwanted factions at some sort of discount?
If I read it, I hope that it is still moving along. If not, then I guess I can make a petition in the ideas/suggestions, but I am pretty sure it has already been done since it seems like such an obvious addition to the game. I'd imagine that there would be a cost for selling a building, as there is with every artifact/mini-artifact in this game. But even 90% of a return value, is a lot better than 0%.
