Oh? So there will NEVER be any CoF available for use, other than in Rare items and market (highly unlikely anyone would be selling)?
Someone should remove that item from the Artifact shop then, since it's NEVER gonna be available. Looks kidda silly to have it in an Artifact Shop, and then have no plans to have it ever available for sale. :p
