Right, but it's still a good deal.
E6A6 itself is 48000, with 1100 per% pay back as some enchanters like you offer, it becomes 38400; Sword of might is 29400, so a new E6A6 sword of might cost you 38400+29400 = 67800, or roughly say more than 60000;
Buying this sword costs you 27000, plus 12000 for repair, it comes to 39000 total, and the duribility is 70/79.
So obviously it's a gread deal. I can make some profit because Ganch sold it at a price way too low. | 34520
In case you don't know, let's calculate the real value of this sword.
1) A new E6A6 SoM would be around 60000 as stated above, or if you happen to be a friend of a enchanter, maybe he half the price and make it 55000.
2) People leasing out E10A10W10F10 SoM at 550 per battle. The cost per battle of a plain SoM is 130. Thus the cost per battle for 40% elemental enchantment is 550-130=420. For 12% elemental, it would be around 420*12/40 = 126.
So, the real cost per battle for this sword is 130+126 = 256.
So, the remaining value of a 1/80 E6A6 is 55000-256*79= 34520.
You can seal the deal at 27000.
