for elf, is soldier luck talent useful?
i dont find any special ability of particular elf unit that can be trigger by soldier luck (unlike knight with stun or orc with blood lust) |
| I think u referring to the Luck parameter. This has nothing to do with your troop special ability (like triggering Stun). When 1 of your troop (random) get luck on its turn, it'll deal more (150%, I think) damage than usual for that turn. |

He is reffering the the talent Soldier's Luck. Soldier's luck increases the chance of triggering ur troops special abilities.
btw luck deals 200% damage not 150%

as guru previously stated grandmaster bowmen do have a triggering ability - knocking shot. but since i see almost no high level elf using this talent i dont think its really useful |
| this talent just gives your troops second chance to do its ability per its turn, for example, if chance of knocking shot is 20%, soldier's luck makes it 20%(1st try)+20%*80%(2nd try if 1st failed)=36% |
