| The reason? Exchanged into the same currency most Europe citizens woul earn more than Russian citizen. Americans, British, Germans, Norwegeons, Swedes etc earn averagely almost 3-4 times more than Russians after tax. End of story. But I agree 1 EUR per diamond is a big punch to the rest of the world especially in poorer countries. It will be changed when it needs to. |
I understand your concern Mage_of_Mages: .ru has more players and more updates, and players have more buying power there thanks to the lower cost of diamonds.
Like hiddenshadow writes, this diamond cost is more aimed at rich Westerners, not really all the world - despite the "international" nature of this web server. It's really annoying for all Chineses, Malaysians, Indians and others playing the game, making diamond purchase prohibitive for many.
I know I would have spent more on this game with cheaper diamonds, but the conversion cost is a choice made by administrators and I doubt they are open to discussion on that matter. |

even on .ru server there are high-ranked people who never bought diamonds.(like lvl 14 which is the highest lvl atm)

I donate several times, and Admins always give me more diamonds than what is written in donation page.
Try it.. negotiate with them. They are very reasonable person. |
