Hi,
At wave 14 (barb lvl 11) I tried to attack with orcs melee attack (shift + click) but it didn't work. It costed me some points in tournament. :(
As you can see my shift button is working ;). And yes, I tried it within battle, too. |
| btw: Refreshed page, too. And it only happend to me in wave 14 so far. |
| It's not just a problem with orcs or exclusive to the tournament, has happened to me with poisoners in many situations as well. I just assumed my keyboard was acting up and forgot about it, but apparently it seems now it's not a problem for me only. |

seems that Admins saw what happened in ST 1 and decided no orcs can use melee
cuz if they do, they will have more shoots, and besides they will get same damage (no melee penalty) |
| in my alt's fight his orcs could attack normally at melle and i saved many shots that way |

Interesting thought. Not. You don't even compete with other factions why should the admins nerf orcs?

To be more precise: I used orcs with melee all the time. Only in wave 14, which I made only once so far, it didn't work.
And it's really not a problem with keyboard, as far I can see: I checked it within battle with Wordpad: No problem.
I'm just curious if it's a bug or happened only this time for me before I carry on with tournament. |

Well, try this: on wave 14, level 11 - before shift+attacking with orcs, click somewhere inside the battle screen (but not on a grid, obviously). Click on your hero, fancy flags, arena gates, spectator seats, whatever - you chose.
And if your orcs won't go melee after that - only then it will be a combat problem. Until then... =)
