Just use Paint to resize your photos. Open your picture, then page setup, under scaling change it to 15% or so :)
Remember to save it as a different file. |
Sorry, I just tested that, and now, I am not sure if that would work.
Anyways, there are some photo resizing websites online. You can search in google or you can use this one:

Just scroll downwards to upload your photo, select the size you want and wait :) |
