I tried to reply to someone today and then got a screen telling me I need to be level 3 to do this.

I think the player has limits, of that private mail him/her when you are combat level X (player wish). |

| for sry, its not that. It didn't say that the player wasn't accepting pms from lower level. It simply won't let me write anyone at all, it keeps saying I need to be level 3 |
