i have just passed to lvl 5,how does the talent wheel work?
i am a necro and i have build magic school 1,how can i learn

i think i have understand | You learn new magics with new magic schools :) So level up a bit, and you will see more opportunities at Magic school 2 and 3.
Magic School 3 is AWESOME for Necros though. You get Phantom ability :)
