just to maybe explain that a bit clearer
If you have faction level 2 in Dark Elf and are currently a Knight, Then if you are fighting against a Dark Elf then the Dark Elf will do you 6% (-3% x 2) damage against you |
| Stacks get bonus status from Faction that currently playing. But when in PvP, you get 3% less damage per each faction level relate to faction you fight with. |
