i've seen many illegal transfers l8ly , but i saw the most @ Empire lol
is he/she allowed to do that ? i've seen many ppl with LG 2 with full arts and 70 000 gold +++ & in transfer logs : recieved

Empire can't be blocked since it isn't a player account.
