What elflady is trying to do is more like blackmail.
Send some one gold and say it's a loan but don't tell them
Then after 4 weeks (the limit of a loan) you declare that they defaulted on the loan and should be forced to pay double the loan as a penalty

When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
