I'm a little puzzled about MG level 5. It looks like a dead level. You get no additional benefit for reaching, so what's the point of putting a level there? Why not just make it level 5 at 1500, instead of at 1000 then?

Am I missing something?

Yes .ru does mirror but that wasnt question.

Because by getting through MG5 you get to MG6 which gives another primary ATT
