You see a lot of uneven battles (like 1 lvl 8 against 3 lvl 5). i joined some and never felt they were fair. But i wonder, which of the unbalanced ones could be between two equaly strong sides. Two lvl 6 against 3 lvl 5? one lvl 8 against three lvl 6?
how much stronger does a +1 on your lvl make you, including talent points, better stats and probably guild bonuses?
it's probably different for all lvls, but i wonder about your thoughts... | | A LOT stronger, especially for at levels where you don't get new buildings. It's different for all faction about when you get a significant boost. For example a lv8 wizz against 3 lvl 5s should be fair but not for other races. | | You might get a balanced battle when players have the same units, one level 7 against 2 level 6. But all such battles are mostly in the favor of the creator. 1 level 8 against 3 level 5/6 is greatly in favor of level 8 I think. | It's very hard to judge what is fair or not. Certain factions are stronger/weaker at certain levels, or simply not so suited in that sort of battles. Also for higher level players, it is more reasonable to expect them to wear arts, but for lower level players, should we assume min arts or the equivalent amount as the higher level players?
And the cooperation of the 2 or 3 players matters a lot. Is it fair to expect them to do cooperate (as if all units controlled by 1 player)? Because from what I see, many times the 3 of them end up quarreling amongst themselves. Lol. | how much stronger does a +1 on your lvl make you
big difference from 6 to 7, since level 7 get fort, 25% more troops sound like a good deal to me, and the weapon and armor choice opens up (SoM and the full steel set) much better than the best art shop set you can get at level 6.
don't take my word for it since I haven't experienced level 7 yet, but these things give the level 7 much more an advantage over a level 6. | | Imo, the levels with big differences are from 2 to 3, 4 to 5, 6 to 7, 7 to 8. Basically when you get new units or a dramatic troop increase. |
