For some it's nothing new, for many it could be:
Go to East Bay.
Open 2 tabs at Firefox. One with facility site, one with roulette site, which displays the exact server time.
Hit F5 from time to time, until roulette clock reaches xx:19:55 or something.
Change to facility site. Get one finger from your left hand over "1", one finger over "F5". Place your mouse over the field, where you write the amount, you want to buy.
Hit F5 in the right moment, click in the field, write one, click "Buy". Do this fast, because others will, too.
If you are used to it, you should have one. It's possible to even buy more, at peak times, too.
