Grikolo has been posting a link to a phishing site. Do not, under any circumstances go to any links posted here with .tk
I would be more specific but I would rather help you out by diffusing your possible curiosity. Chances are you will get confused and have your account hijacked like many current members already have.
Remember, the only place you should EVER enter your username and password are at www.lordswm.com or www.heroeswm.ru
Absolutely no one will ever ask for your password unless it is a scam. This includes members of the Administration or Moderators. If your account is hijacked it will be considered your loss out of blatant disregard and, in my sincere opinion; stupidity, ignorance or naivety. None of those are proper excuses for your actions. |

To put it simply: Going to a phishing site will not _necessarily_ bring unto you any harm. HOWEVER it is still possible and anyone who goes there out of curiosity or whatever means are essentially forfeiting their accounts and will be solely responsible for getting hijacked.
Obviously you deserve the consequences for any other interactions on whatever known phishing site you go to. |
.tk is not a phishing site, it is a service that gives people free domains with a shorter address name, the same with co.cc, or .ucoz.com. saying not to go to a website with a .tk ending is not going to stop anything, they will come out with different site endings.
there are services out there that give people very legitimate looking web sites that are not .tk, but could very well bring you into harm. I go to a forum that's hosted by a .tk domain and it does no harm.
NOTE that I am NOT recommending that you go to an unfamiliar website, just .tk is not a phishing service, it is a domain service. |

2.change game password
3.change email password
4.maybe change all other passwords you need
Step 1,5. If you feel reaally in danger, save all important files(game saves, documents, music, movies) and format the whole computer. That should do it. Depends on the kind of the site, if it is the simple "insert name and password, you will get gold", it shouldnt do any damage, if the screen just went black when you opened the site, you are in trouble :-( |

You missed my point. I'm not giving the link as to avoid people letting curiosity get the better of them; so for now the most I can say is not to go to .tk links whenever they are posted on this site.
.tk is a New Zealand country code that happens to offer free domain service to anyone. Of course they wont all be malicious sites; but the particular links posted here, as of yet, use that country code.
Until a different link is posted we will continue to strongly advise against going to ANY link with the .tk extension that is posted anywhere on this site.
Posting outside links in the forum and chat is also frowned upon, but because we cannot moderate private mail we will have to be general about this. Nitpicking about country codes is not a concern at this point. |

If you happen to recieve one, it's recommended to report with a pm to secretary or arctic. If you are lower than the level filter, pm a forum mod. If you happen to report it in CaA, be sure not to write the link out.
