To celebrate my increase in repairing efficiency, the fee to pay is only at 90% of actual price for a limited time only.

Please send your artifacts according to the following instructions:
1)In your inventory, click on the name of your artifact to show its description page. You can find the actual repair cost at the bottom of the page.
2)Transfer (the actual repair cost times 0.9)gold to me, and note as "repair ******"
3)In your inventory, click the "transfer" link of this artifact. In the "Item transaction" page fill in the form as follows:
Character name: Brilliant
Gold: 1
Transfer with recall in: 0.01 day, 0 combat and "Allow repairing".
I understand some players would require/prefer their artifacts to be repaired ASAP. Their wishes will be granted if they pay 100% of the actual repair cost. I will then give them overriding status.
If you paid 100%, send me a PM to alert/remind me.
