| farmers to recruits. other than the obvious bonuses, do recruits allow the hero to recruit more higher tier troops compared to farmers? oh and what are the various tiers? | As you may know, knights are able to upgrade their farmers/recruits to tier 2 and tier 3. As the recruit upgrade building also gives extra farmers/recruits, indirectly you can also get more bowmen and swordsmen through training chambers.
for knights:
Tier 1: Farmer/Recruit
Tier 2: Bowmen/Crossbowmen
Tier 3: Swordsmen/Guardians
Tier 4: Griffins/Imperial Griffins
Tier 5: Monks
Tier 6: Cavalries
