MasterTI's Leylines Tournament (Granted by Arctic)
I am going to run a 1 vs 1 head-to-head tournament. This is knockout so if you lose your out.
It will run for levels 5,6,7,8,9,10. Registration is 1500 gold. If you level during the tournament you will be refunded the gold and removed from that participation List.

Registrations per level:

5 --- 16 --- 32
6 --- 16 --- 32
7 --- 16 --- 32
8 --- 16 --- 32
9 --- 16 --- 32

Right...The tournament is split into 5 rounds.
Round 1 = 32 Participants battle to find a winner. The winning 16 go through.
Round 2 = The remaining 16 people battle to find a winner. The winning 8 go through to the quarter finals.
Quarter Finals = 8 People battling for there place in the semi-finals.
Semi-Finals = Last 4 people battle for there place in the finals.
Finals = Final 2 battle for the win.
Thrid-Place Play-off = The 2 people that lost from the semi-finals battle to find the third place winner.

I will draw the names randomly and contact each group. It will be up to the 2 people drawn to decided what ARTS they use and what time the fight is fought. If you cannot agree on a time then i will try to find an alternative route around.
As for arts it isnt free for all on arts. You and your partner decided on the art. Except for the finals. The final shall be full arts. If you dont have them then rent them from someone.

Prizes:
Each level has the same outcome and prize except level 10. Level 10 is setup same way but prize money will be less as for less people.
1st Place = 50%
2nd Place = 30%
3rd Place = 10%
Donations are accepted to increase the prize for funds but not needed.

It is considered "official" under the fact that it is Administration Approved. Private tournaments may still be held within clans, etc.. But to hold a tournament amongst the entire game community requires Admin approval. Therefore, yes, it is an official tournament. |
