I'm sorry for the transfers I was not aware that what I did fell into the rule. When I found out I immediatly returned the 20 crystals and 7000 gold. Then since I was banned in the forum I could not post that I was sorry. So I asked the person that accused me to wright that I was sorry on the thread accusing me and say that I am returning it but he refused. As a result I lost 5000 gold in fine for a rule that I wasn't aware of so can I please have my 5000 gold back.

First of all, ignorance does not mean you are safe from punishment. Secondly, usually multi abuse leads to a permanent ban (block).

Good that you are sorry, but as Rule 1.1 says, Ignorance of the rules does not relieve the responsibility for their violation.
And while we are at it:
4. Questions concerning closed affairs, requests and other attempts to contact the Administration are made with the help of Secretary. Violation of this rule is penalized by at least 24 hour ban.
