probably was a test item. if you notice that the cost is extremely low at 1000 gold, while the repair cost is 16,000 gold. repair cost are usually set at 1/3 of the buy price. So the cape should have a shop price of 48,000 gold.
also if you take note, the admins only supply the high level arts.
i believe misself sold hers to someone else for above 50k, who then resold it to yet another person for a loss of 10k or something. |

| I meant resupplying. They aren't going to add more defender shields and the like in. But for arts such as the sword of might, they will add more if it runs out. |
