rent is for 2 weeks.
It cost 20000 and your first thieves art (which you get on lvl 1 thieves guild).
For each extra day of fenting you have to pay 2000.
If you aren't done in 4 weeks, you have to send me second thieves art too. |

Most people reach it in 2 weeks, some in 1 week itself. Granted it depends on how active you are... |

My first customer, necro, did it easy in 6 days. So there is no problem.
There you can see price for two weeks, you can do it longer, but it costs 2000 per each extra day. Read carefully 1st post.
