When you reach level 6 you can build blacksmith and then repair and modify your artifacts. but it's cheaper to sell old and buy new ones.
Try to pay more attention to the tutorial next time ;) or read "about the game" section. Your adviser told you to study your castle upgrades. You obviously didn't do it very well... |
