| I have a TGI for rent. Please contact iwen for more details. | I, Player Iam, would like to rent the thief invitation (TGI) from iwen, the owner.
I have transfered 50,000 gold to iwen as a refundable deposit.
I understand that I must:
(1) return a new thief invitation to iwen in 2 weeks.
(2) pay iwen with my first earned thief art from ambushing (TG lvl1). This thief art should not be purchased or traded from other players.
(3) never sublease, or transfer, or sell this TGI to others.
As the renter, I can keep the second theif art (TG lvl2) for myself.
If I return a new TGI in 1 week, I will be rewarded by iwen with 1000 gold as a hard-working ambusher.
However,
(1) If I can not return a new TGI in 2 weeks,
I can ask iwen for a grace period of maxium 3 days. After that, I must pay 3000 gold/day to iwen to continue my retal.
(2) If I can not return a new TGI in 4 weeks (in total),
I must pay iwen additional 650,000 gold as a fee to purchase iwen's TGI. In that case, I can not take any thief arts back.
