When someone half AFK, we can't know if we're not in that battle. So, if someone 'wait' due to time out, please don't write 'hydras wait', but write 'hydras wait because time out'.
This can be a proof that a person is afk. Some clans hate half AFK or AFK, so this can be proof that the opponent wait due to timeout, not because clicking the wait button.

I dont know if it is possible or not but good idea would be if someone afk then his troops takes over some boot (so eaven if someone afk) attacking team will get his exp. and defend team will have some chance...
but in the end of game afk player will still suffer -2 luck. and no exp for him. |
Having this indication in the battle log would certainly help me filter bad members from our ranks! :D

| I also agree it is a good idea. however, I'd prefer some special mark in combat log. I mean something like thief ambushes have - they have black dot, maybe AFK could have asterisk when they run from battle? |

| Off topic (i think).. but i was ambushed by some dragon guards while at RoH (merc quest, i had a hunt there, so i wanted to heal..so i left to wait), and went AFK, but no -2 luck. Has happened before. |
