AuthorTransfers?
Okay someone told me that the transfer rules says that one can "loan" gold to other players even between one owns characters, aslong as that loan is repaid within one month?

Is this true?
Because if u keep lending money to him he can just repay the previous loan with that cash and then it works as a normal transfer where u "just give gold away".

Also... you can "lend" out ur arts and write "for 3 battles then return"? Is this allowed as this is in fact the same as giving arts away?

What happens normally to the players with illegal financial transfers because i check against my opponents and MIN 50 % of these recieve gold and arts... and as such are ALOT stronger than anyone else.

Not really a good start for anyway close to fair battles.
even between one owns characters

3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.

3.11. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited.
Okay well i have reported a good part of them... but then i have alot more of them. But does it really make a difference if I post them? I never really heard about what happened to them and some are still playing... like nothing happened?

Anyone know what a typical punishment might be to these?

Still need an answer about the gold between different players though
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.

So it's one month if loan return time isn't specified.

How so? It just prelongs the debt return date, but you don't need to do stuff like that - just cover return date in transfere.

Also... you can "lend" out ur arts and write "for 3 battles then return"? Yes. Moreover, you can do it technicaly (so after 3 battles another person won't be able to use them) Is this allowed as this is in fact the same as giving arts away? - obviously, no.

What happens normally to the players with illegal financial transfers they are fined or blocked, depending on circumstanses and severetyof rulebreaking.

CaA forum is there for you.
Yes yes well i know it is there for me but i cant post all of them. There are simply too many.

I already think i am one who posts most as it is...

I saw one logg where a player was lent a full art set for almost nothing for like 3 battles... after than someone else lent him other arts.

So it cost him nothing and he is given full art... as a loan. Plz explain how this is not just as bad as simply giving it to him og giving gold?

Concerning the loan - Yes so keep giving him cash and he repays-....e.g. give one 20.000 gold, one month passes... u give 30.000, he repays 20.000 = for one month he had 20.000 to buy arts for and then he repays loan... now he has 10.000 more to spend and so on and so on... You cant see how that works? Its fairly simple.

Just as unfair as simply giving gold or arts to him... just requires a little more work.

if that char is not his multi, nobody will do that
Yeah well i cant really see if they are multi but i have seen more than one example of this.
give one 20.000 gold, one month passes... u give 30.000, he repays 20.000 that's 30k debt still. So if it's to multi it's forbidden by defenition, and if it's between players, it's simpler to give a loan of, say, 100k for 5 months (example) or make monthly presents - no need to go for convulted schemes.
So in reality with these "loans"... you can transfer gold to players as you like if you just write "loan" in the message?

Or also the more clever ones... simply sell stuff for like 1000 or 1500 gold whereas their price on say e.g. market is like 8-10 times higher?

So what ur saying is that boosting is more or less allowed... if you do it in these ways?
for Nullby:
You send one too many loans and cheap artifacts (or debt->gift->return debt) you get a line 'finansial assist' in your log. Right next to a penalty, and possibly 'blocked'

So, while certain support is allowed (eg. '30% presents' ) abusing it leads to unpleasent consequences.
Yeah ok...

Well i guess there are some things... that needs to be looked at. Like most games offcourse...

E.g. just saw one penalty of 10.000 gold where the player had recieved for e.g. 20-25 K stuff...

So guess... i just have to keep reporting, but will the "offcials" look at all the pages when I report or will i have to point it out for them?
my god mulit can do nothing they are like slaves
Yeah well after some discussion i can see that if you cheat you will either:

Get a penalty for the gold you recieved = no drawback from cheating
Get a penalty LESS for the arts & gold you recieved = bonus from cheating
Get blocked = a ok big penalty

So far i have seen 90 % of the 2 first choices so it DOES for me seem as if it pays to cheat for shorter periods of time.

So I guess I will just give up and stop reporting.
