Why is it that when it comes to: you can enroll again in 1 minute it stays this way for another 5 minutes? (I was watching it at server time)

I said that 5 minutes passes in server time and only 1 minute for enrollment. And that's weird at least to me... |
never happened to me. also never heard of such problem from anybody. that is why i asked if there is something you overlooked. maybe it's a one-time-bug...
note that some browsers refresh different site/flash objects in a different manner. for example, my mini opera (opera's mobile version) refreshes only the site clock with it's default settings to reload the page every minute. other objects like health, mana and probably work shift can be refreshed only if i manually push the reload button. |
| There are other factors. Occasionally it takes time for the facilities to reset. It can be anywhere from 1-5 minutes. You may have just gotten the bad end of it that time. Also, constantly refreshing can make it take longer depending on the browser you are using (it will refresh the last known cache of that page without time to actually reload). |
i have to say that i just noticed the same problem: at 22:42, i had the "you can enroll again in 1 minute" message, and yet, at 22:45, it still asked to wait 1 minute.. and yes, i went through several pages in the meanwhile, and also refreshed the profile page two or three times.
First time problem happen, usually i check the time and 1 minute last 1 minute.. strange. |

Remember: Probably this server runs on Windows system then 1 minute are note actually one minute it is one Windows minute ;) LOL so you never know how long it will last....
I hope you noticed windows timing are very bad... |
