I think it's about 5%-6% weapon enchanting for 1 AP
What I know is:
Sword of might AP 8
Sword of might [E4] AP 8
Sword of might [E4A3W6] AP 10 | | AP of ench. artifact = (AP of normal art)* (1+0.02 for every ench. %) |
