it depends on your faction.
If you are an elf, i'd say go for the morale. If you are anything else, I would go with the initiative.
But these things work best in pairs anyway ;) 2x morale+1s or 2x 3%
I have fought against players with 4-5 morale, and simply because I have way more initiative I beat them...consistency is King.

mmmmm i just can't decide, prob up to +2-3 morale choose +1 morale for chance of free turns.
but until you have +10 init or more just keep choosing init, cos your army runs guaranteed faster laps of the turn counter oh yeah! |
