I have a question:
Empire (admins) can use the blocked characters' resources? Many have mercuries, other res and tonns of gold.
Blocked chars blocked forever. But the blocked resources (fe: mercuries) will be good for the Empire, then the legal players.

| Actually, they don't, though. In order to keep a 'stable economy', the admins don't create new resources out of thin air. They do have a sizable reserve they can pull on (made whenever you spend on resources), but it's out of mercury. |

Meh, I was replying to urgones statement that they don't create new resources to keep a stable economy. ^_~
I just thought it was hilarious that they did just that, the day after he said they didn't. |
