AuthorTo all wizards who own triple-arts..
...your advice, please!

I need 30 triple-arts for my gargs, costing in total 720 ore, 720 wood and 720 gems...or in other terms 532080 gold.

I'm planning on taking as long as it takes to save up, which means I won't be fighting any battles at all and I'll be spending my entire game time in the tavern hoping for good luck.Obvioudly this could take months, and this is only for my gargoyles!

So to those who already have triple-arts...how the heck did you save up enough gold?!
You want advise ask this guy.

He started the game as wizard. He is now level 2 and plays DE but has over 300k+ i dont see how it is possible.

Roulette bets total: 0
Roulette winnings total: 0

Games played: 0
Victories: 0
Defeats: 0

Especially with no gambling
wow, that guy is EVIL
Laborers' guild: 4 (985) +515

BUT - here is how it's been done -
Combats fought: 1597
Victories: 117
Defeats: 1480

basically he just works works works and than hunts and loses in the end of the hunt
Hmm interesting! He or she must be very very patient, but I doubt any of the level 7+ wizards have managed to avoid combat with arts, otherwise they would not be at so high a level.
man, it's a level 2 !
It was somebody eploiting the system of losing hunts on purpose to up faction points pitty he cant do that anymore as the new system stops this exploitation.
and this one :o)

how the heck did you save up enough gold?!

I did as much hunts and mercenaries as possible(with hunter ticket), of course without arts, when this game was normal. I sold everything from these battles when there was lack of these things(hunter arts and elements) and bought some hunter arts at fair prices. And laborers, laborers, laborers...
Thanks barnabas..well I don't think I can possibly make any profit from hunting...thankfully i've just hit LG 5...hopefully won't take too long :s
Rejoice that this Personag is blocked)))

I see how he gets the FSP form all the losses, but where does he get the gold from. he can't get 350K from laborers guild 4 and 100 hunt victories, what's behind all this. Did he use diamonds maybe ? I'm confused 0.o
Diamond exhange would appear on his log. Level 4 labour guild, but still CL 2 after more than 2 months..no transfers there either
Laborers' guild: 4 (986) +514

That means 986 hours of labor. Even if he had worked in the lowest paying job, that means 167620 gold. Not counting bonuses from LG.

wrong one haha
A more simple solution would be to decrease the effectiveness of the mini art. I noticed that, for instance, if you choose a triple mini art with 4 hp instead of 5 hp saves 5 gems per unit. Multiply this by 30 and you're saving 150 gems, that's to say 55350 gold, provided you buy all the gems at the mine. Not that much, but in the long run this may help. Also, you could go for cheaper matching by trying to use wood and ore only, but it seems to be more or less the same, 'cause the mini art would require a doubled amount of those half-priced resources, if I'm not wrong. Kinda tricky huh?
So once again, I would go for a slight reduction over a triple mini art's effectiveness. That 64 overall hp less on your gargoyles wouldn't make a great difference in high level, full arts battles. And maybe save your most expensive mini art for smaller stacks...I spent roughly 20,000 gold for each genie to buy them a triple mini art, but I choose a very expensive one for them. I know man, it's just painful, and playing decently is not enough to cover these expenses, you should go mad nd play 24 hours a day to get all of them triple and at maximum effect. Or maybe it's just me, maybe I'm a poor player and still I think I am not. :)
Excuse me, but I had a heavy dinner and a lot of wine... :)
You would save 9 gems, not 5, thus the total saved gems would be 270, that's to say 99,630 gold. Here's how to make your triple mini art, I guess...
I don't think it matters how much you play (in terms of hours/day). You just gain XP faster. You have to spend half your time just doing labor and tavern, like he said.

I don't see any real difference between what Merlin's proposing and what Dove did. Dove spent almost 1000 hours doing nothing that got him money except basic labor, and collected a third of a million in the process. At ten hours a day, that's over three months. Merlin's going to spend a month or two doing basic labor and the tavern. It's just whether you want to do it early or late.

I don't think it's worth it. For 200K you can get a darned good double art, and for about the same amount get an enchanted weapon or armor that'll do far more good than the third art, and still save 150K. It's nice that minis are permanent, but, well, I guess it's up to the person. Maybe I'll change my mind next month.
True. As a result for these new rules, I have to fight much less, pass poor hunts and hard quests that require heavy equipment, and for sure I am not the only one doing this. I used to enter up to 20-30 fights a day, but now I seldom hit 10. That's another way to save up for damn triple minithingies...
I guess only more time will tell me if I played right, but I already feel the smell of my heavy mistakes around.
wild _shooter has alot :)
