We always have to spend needless cost in very easy fight for obeying the min AP rule.
Minimum Ammunition points required:
Combat level 5 – 5 AP
Combat level 6 – 6 AP
Combat level 7-8 – 8 AP
Combat level 9 and above – 9 AP
For example: wood,ore:185 crystal,mercury,gem,sulfur:369
The equpiment list is folling:

| my denfender shield sells only for 1670 at 0 durality, and my leather boots only for 1408. why could you get higher price? |
really?
Now I dont have a 0 durality of denfender shield and leather boots, so I cant give you answer.
But,the sell is calculated by the sell price and meterials.
For example:
0 durality of denfender shield can sell 1670 gold + 3 ore (maybe)
so the sell is 1670+3*185 = 2225 |

| So far, if you can afford it... Sword of Might is proving to be quite useful. When you sell it you get two Mercury and two Ore back... as well as a good chunk of gold (approx 11k). It's a good weapon to get you started at level 8, but you would have to avoid hunts and merc missions that yield little gold. |

I'm pretty sure using the sword alone will cost you more than 100 gold per battle. Far more than you need if you use the set recommended by post #9. |

Amulet of luck = 40.74 per battle
Sword of might = 130.2 per battle
That is only 170.94 per battle you get more than that in most hunts. |
About how much can you expect from hunts at the higher levels?
Mine currently hangs around 90-220. At least I stop getting 50s =D |

I as DE may write cheapest is not best, more often luck and morale choice winner. |
| Look forward when economic model be more advanced and it will be not so easy to determine cheapest set and it will be great if would be several choices. |

the cheapest for lvl 7-8 is
Light axe, Def shield, Medal of bravery, and Leather armour
They just cost u 76 gold per battle. I've count it myself. |
