Thief Invitation (TGI) for Rent

Renting Term and Conditions:
- TGI must be returned within 4 weeks.
- 42,000 gold deposit, refundable for unused portion.
- Return first thief art when you reach TG level 1
- Return TGI and second thief art when you reach TG level 2
- If TGI is returned in 1st week, you will get full deposit back + 1 thief art at my choice.
- If TGI is returned in 2nd week, you will get full deposit back
- If TGI is returned after 2 weeks, 3000 gold/day will be deducted from your deposit.
You have to agree on the following contract:
I, player XXX, would like to rent the Thief Invitation (TGI) from GGW. I acknowledge the above term and conditions and will return TGI as soon as I reach TG level 2. I will transfer 42,000 gold to GGW as TGI rental deposit. I will transfer my first thief art to GGW when I reach TG level 1. I will return TGI and transfer my second thief art to GGW when I reach TG level 2. If I return TGI in the first week, I will get my full deposit back, plus 1 thief art back at GGW’s choice. If I return TGI in the second week, I can have my full deposit back. If I return TGI after 2 weeks, but no more than 4 weeks, I pay 3000 gold/day which can be deducted from my deposit, and get unused portion back. I acknowledge that I will not give, sell or rent out the TGI to anyone else. If I am not able to return TGI in 4 weeks, or violate the above term and conditions, I will be fined 660,000 gold to keep the TGI, or be blocked.
