| hi , am have two extracharacters the_wise and lady_arwin , i was cheating and they had been blocked since 1 month ago , i have tried to unblock them with messages to arctic and others but everyone tells him i can't , ok now i am not cheating won't cheat anymore, since they will be unblocked, can i have a new extracharacter? and it will be very clear and no cheats and i will say it is my extra at personnel settings . |

They won't be unblocked, yes.
You may make another char, can't have more than 3 in total, and you have to follow all rules. See here:

i am no mod or admin but you (where) a cheater
i think its best if you dont make a new one that will give us (admins mods and all the other people that are against cheating) %90 trust you would never cheat again |
