they aint listening, its like this with most games admins ruin the game and think they are doing the "best" for it and in the end the game just shuts down as no-one will play it, or in this case no-one will get past lvl 5.

I wonder why mining facilities etc. do not change prices of their good based on how well these resources sell; if they increased their prices and salaries when the resources has been sold out for several hours in a row, more players would be interested in working for them, so more resources would be produced and so on.
Is there any discussion on this topic? |

So "Browser game of the year" also equals "easiest game of the year," doesn't it? I doubt it'll get the award, but it won't shut down just because of one rule. (Some people will be dedicated enough to continue playing.) |
The financial crisis cannot be fixed by pumping in resources. I have seen the admins do this from time to time. One hour I cannot get mercury, two hours later there is 5000 mercury available at the lab. 5 hours later the availability is down to 0 again. There is an imbalance in the cost of goods and the availability of resources. The higher market prices are due in part to the 2-3% that the market takes as a tax and the scarcity.
It's a basic economic problem that is fixed in real life, but because this economy is programmed, it could go on forever like this. If they raised wages to get more people to do basic jobs it would happen at nearly all places except the sulphur dune and the sawmill at Great Capital. That would not solve the imbalance. Admins should look at the amount of production of mercury, wood, gems, crystals, etc... and increase the production per hour per person working there until a balance is reached. This is a fake economy remember, we can just say that the lab bought some new equipment and productivity is up 20%. This is especially true when you look at the balance of some of the workplaces; they are sitting on tons of cash. Wouldn't investors want to have the managers put some of that money back in the company to increase production?
The other new addition to the gaming rules of minimum ammunition points per battle is going to grind me to a halt. I am level 5 and won't be able to hunt much longer because I don't have enough gold to buy weapons to do the hunt. I think this game is over for me; it's boring to log in to sign up at the Lab and then sign off because I don't have 5 items to equip and cannot repair them.
I like that the admins are trying new things, but the general disarray in the economy and now an inability to hunt makes the game, well, sort of one-dimensional, at best, and really maddening at worst. |

| The "must have ammunition points for lvl5 and up" rule is totally shutting things up. I find the most effective way is to buy a sword of retribution or combat staff for lvl5. They both still cost a deadly sum of cash. |

what is going to ruin this game is the economic sploshun of the game, resources are way over priced: proof

all these resources are way over priced compared to just a few days ago when the avg price was 180-190 for basic resources (wood & ore) and 380 for higher resources (all the others).
Double hunts. this is ruining the game because if you are trying to set a record and the enemy "Takes to their heels" this ruins the basicness of your hunts where you did not want to have a partner so instead you get punished with a higher level fighting more monsters. Proof:

while doing this battle i had my arts on hoping for a good battle and what do i get 100+ spawns and a lvl 6 trying to do the same thing, and what else happens? i get hardly any exp and very little skill points because he killed most of the enemys.

i think this game is gonna be either for people willing to pay 30k + for normal arts aor for those stupid enough to buy hundreds of diamonds for this game. |
resources are overpriced now, because many people want to work on the lighthouse for the high wage and few people are then left to mine resources. So there are few resources available and their price goes up. When lighthouse is finished, the prices will get down again.
The problem is that mining facilities do not react to the new situation in any way. That's not economy, that's socialism. |
