1. most people will only station in east bay now. So to get them to work in mines is difficult.
2. Shop arts need resources
3. with 10% repair capability, my repair is costing a bomb.
4. waiting at the mines is only meant for people with plenty of time online. for others, it's really a switch off.

I think what we have to do is to have gold as much as possible ... try to be online longer .. and try to use every hour to work, minimal at mining at great capital (with lowest wages) ..
