It means I can get exp point after losing battle? Or I'm wrong?
i.e. losing battle:

gains 801 exp and 0.27 skill points,
but I gain only 0.27 skill points, no exp.

And even if that was the case, then why does it SAY you recieved experience? |

hmm now that i tried to look at it, yeah it didn't increase my exp when i lose.
