Author | Question about enchanted weapons |
Is it possible to enchant an already enchanted weapon with further enhancements? For example, an 2% air dmg bonus be upgraded to 4%. How about adding an extra earth dmg bonus to the weapon, for example?
Is the element costs the same? |
you need to delete the current enchant 1st. then make a new 1 |
You cannot "further enchant" a weapon.
You can only remove all enchantments currently affecting a weapon, leaving you with a mundane artifact, then enchant it again.
Of course, removing a previous enchantment won't bring back elements burnt in the process. |
an 2% air dmg bonus be upgraded to 4% - that's quite imopssible.
How about adding an extra earth dmg bonus to the weapon, for example? - this can be done, if enchanter can set more than one mod. Max number of mods on one weapon is four, best thing our weaponsmiths can offer is three mods/weapon. |
1. if you have an A2 (2% air enchantment) and want to make it to A4, you have to discard A2 first, before enchant to A4. Off course it mean you need 4 pairs of Air elements to do that.
2. if you have an A2 (2% air enchantment) and want to make it A2E4, you only need 4 pair of Earth elements. A2 is safe, not discarded. |
Okay, I understand. Thanks for the explanations everyone :) |
