Something stupid about the whole blocking system. Lets just say there's someone on the game I grow to hate. When I eventually want to delete my account in effect I can get them blocked by sending them all my gold, right?

admin will check the IP address. and if you are the one that get the money, why not send them back? its impossible that you can't notice that suddenly you get a lot of money

How does the IP adress thing work? Is it the IP adress most recently used or most frequently used?

Most people have a static IP, meaning it does not change. This is usual if you use DSL, which has an ISP(internet service provider) which gives you your address
You must have dynamic IP, meaning your IP address changes every time you start your computer. This might be because you use dial-up or such, which has DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) which assigns your temporary IP from a pool of IP addresses. |

| Back to the question - if your 'victim' is smart he'll send everything to you or Empire. If he's not smart (or greedy) he'll get a penalty twice the sise of financial assist, but not a block. |
