Hi I am new in the game and still trying out a lot.
My question, I never managed to work in a production how does it come? Am I to lowlevel? Sould I carry more or special recources the the facilities?
I don't see right now what the productions are good for :(

they have a limit of workers, or they might be out of money to pay your wages, or they could be out of material to priduce anything. Thats a few reasons why you rarely find work in productions.

When they lack material, can I bring some they need and sell it to them? |
some luck involved i guess yeah.
Yes you can bring material and sell, they always pay a little bit more for it then what you bought it for (if from a mine, not market) |

I found a friendly player who explained me througout chat 1:1 everything. Unbelievable friendly, thanks at this point to the hole community. Gaming is fun like that - it's not all just about game, it's also about the players that makes the enjoyment.
