| I have Necro Wm-Wallace and my son has Calv-Wallace, we share a PC at home and have not breached any rules so why was he blocked? Also how does one over come this as he enjoys playing th game? |
| tis rather simple. you didn't inform the admin he was a second char. if ya'll play from the same comp, then ya'll have the same ip. this means that he appears to be a multi char. there is no information in either of your profiles about this. rule 3.10 i believe. |

As far as I can see, it never states that a player playing from the same pc must be listed, only an ADDITIONAL character. However, since this is not an additional character, simply another player, I don't see why the ban occurred.
Please direct me to the rule about this is you find it. |
3.8. The fact of logging multiple characters in the game from one computer must be by all means shown in the "character information" of all those characters with explanation of reason (relatives, friends, playing from a computer club etc).

| I find it a very harsh decision but if we have breeched the rules then we must pay the penalty. My son finds himself banned from a game he enjoys, he will just have to start again from scratch. Who shall we notify that he would like to register again? |
| just put that in your personal info and your son's char personal info. write that you two (write the char name) play from same IP. |
