| Why there are all level 7 artifacts unavailable for buying anywhere on map? |

'buy' link will appear once u have the required resources |
But I cannot even find their shop on the map (among [Production] facilities). In the artifacts shop there is not [Alternative purchase sites] possibility to click. I saw them on the Market but where they come from?

| There are no lvl7 artifact production facilities. Whatever is in the artifact shops is what they have. You can only buy it there. This is the reason why some people are complaining about the lack of Cape of Magical Power nowadays. |
