I really hate beeing attaked al the time, most time I travel and dont want to sit and watch the travel. And as a Knight it aint specially good to be ambushed since we are so slow.
There must be a way to stop be attaked all the time ( i know lower than 40% hp). Couse it aint funny and I they steal some gold aswell.l
I sometimes think about leaving this game since I miss other things in game becouse of this. |
And then when you become thief will you still complain. Why dont you buy some arts so you ahve a chance at winning.
plus it is only like 100 gold max you lose and you get free exp and SP |

How about traveling with no army then? Or, better yet, with one recruit? Some people do that. If you're ambushed the battle is over pretty quickly - and if you're AFK you don't get a penalty 'cause you're dead long before 5 missed turns.
Or, alternatevly, you could become a thief yourself. That should give you some idea on how hard thieving is., and maybe you won't be so angry next time a thief ambushes you.
And last but not least - wrong forum :P |
They never return gold, most irritating is the loss of time. I havent asked to play and if I have time I play a groupbattle.
And I dont wanna pay alot to wear arts, in center my x-bowmans have no chance of defending emself. |

Some return gold always, others sometimes, others don't return at all, or return to their clanmates. Most of the time you won't know unless you ask (preferably politely). I once got 'sorry' and flowers after being ambushed =)
Don't want to wear arts? Then don't, no one's making you. Can't protect your xbows? Go to Knight's faction topic and ask for advice. Or travel without army and don't worrie about ambushes at all. Just do something other then complaining -_- |

| to be honest, at some time i like to get ambushed. why? when i have a lot of time to play, im trying to get ambushed. Then i will put up a good fight. that way i will increase my skill pts for less 100 gold. Worth it? very. for example i once been ambushed and get 0.79 skill pts. and thats good. You still have 100% troops ready, full mana and free skill pts, moreover if you win. |

What they meant by 1 unit, is a weak unit like 1 Farmer or 1 bowmen.

i sorta wish i was ambushed more often. it is exp and health/mana is recharged after a battle.
though i wouldnt want to be ambushed if i was hurrying to a merc quest, help a friend hunt or hurrying for any reason. |

it just happened to me.
You know the good part.. they actually don't feel bad afterwards. And i know i wouldn't feel bad when they would ambush me either.
Thiefing is part of the game.
It makes it interesting, it gives us more options to do.

Loboo, look, a thief doesn't have any opportunity to choose the to attack. When you set an ambush, you may fight versus another player or versus a caravan and you cannot choose. There are more or less 5 caravan to face for every player you get. So, not anyone is going to assoult you because you are a knight, it's totally random! And very very hard!!
We need more things like the thieves guild, not less. PvP it's what makes this game a good game. |
