It depends on when you apply because the admins now seem to be accepting a lot of clan applications all at once and leaving it for a while then doing it again, I found some interesting info looking at clan logs
clan 200, 09-28-08 08:59: The "Monster's incorporation" clan has been founded by Asdfa
clan 173, 09-28-08 08:57: The "The Order of Unity" clan has been founded by Gratch
clan 172, 08-30-08 04:41: The "Guardians Of Power" clan has been founded by feelmypower
clan 154, 08-30-08 04:41: The "Warrior ben 10" clan has been founded by kengchong
so clans 154-172 accpted all in the same min and clans 173-200 all accepted in 3 mins so it depends when the admins decide to accept or reject them |

| which means all the ones inbetween were at the same/ roughly at the same time |
Clan registration involve a human intervention from admins. So you have to wait for the next time admins take care of this and validate clan registration by the dozens.
Log brought by leemaths shows admins haven't addressed clan applications since late September. |

i had 20k for the 1st month and a half of waiting
i had 50k when i tried to register a clan 2 months ago
i would have kept the money if i had known it was such a waste |

It seems last clans were validated two months ago... |
